Thoughts on The Table

Hello! Today’s post will not cover a food review, or a travel destination. However, I hope you will still find it interesting!

When I started my blog adventure, I had the pleasure to receive the Cannolo Award, which purpose is the preservation of the authentic contemporary (continental) Italian food. The idea behind it goes to Paolo, author of the Blog “Quatro Fromaggio and Other Disgraces on the Menu“.

Cannolo Award

Paolo, born and raised in Milan, Italy now lives in Vancouver, Canada. He has a passion for Italian food and food in general, as well as travelling. In his Blog he describes the differences between what people think when they have “Italian food” and the food of continental Italy.

A week ago, Paolo contacted me and asked me if I was interested in being a guest on his podcast, Thoughts on the Table. I must say, it was really hard to find a good time because of time difference and personal life but we made it work.

On Saturday, we met face-to-face on Skype for the first time. I woke up just in time to call Paolo and putting apart my morning rusty voice, we had a good talk.

During the interview, I talked about United States, how I started my blog and more. If you’re curious here’s the link to the episode:

Hope you liked the post and see you to the next one!
