Ciao! My name is Enzo. I’ve always had a passion for food and traveling. I grew up in a foodie family. Since I was little I learned le bon ton of dining from my dad and many cooking recipes from my mum and my grandmas. I have a guilty pleasure for pizza, pasta and gelato (can you tell already I’m Italian?).
When I was 17 years old I went to study abroad, for the first time, in England. I fell in love with the language and you could say I’ve been in love with traveling as well. In my last years of college, I met my wife @nina.dechiara, who shares the same passions as me. She is my travel partner and my inspiration who gave me the idea to start blogging. I moved from Bergamo, a little town in the north of Italy, near Milan to Chicago, one of biggest cities in the USA.
The Italian Guest started as a fun little project of mine which became, over the years, a growing archive of everything from a developing personal love of travel, food and lifestyle. I am so honored that I get to share my life with a community of people who love to travel and eat just as much as me.
